I was hired because of my analytical and organizational skills as well as my management experience - all of which come in handy when dealing with institutions undergoing sudden change or major growth. Many times, the biggest challenge I encounter on-site involves enhancing the institution's traditional communications or organizational structure in addition to the conversion or acquisition at hand. "I decided to become a consultant for Saratoga based on an experience I had as an application specialist at a bank, which employed Saratoga's services. My former bank hired Saratoga to provide consulting services when we implemented ALLTEL software for the first time.
